How to post to the gallery questions

Hi, I tried to post an image to the gallery, for the first time. I wanted to credit the Daz products I used. If I copied the URL it said no product with that name. If I copied the product name from the page I got the same response. I spent ages trying different options with the same result. I clicked "preview" saw the preview with no product credits. I clicked post image and lost it all. After walking away to cool off after wasting 45 minutes. I later came back and posted the same, WIP, image without credits and very limited tags etc. 

So, big question, how do you post to the gallery?

    I think I have working it out. I needed to type the product name and then choose from the drop down list.

    My main advice: save often, at least once before previewing.

    And to publish your picture, once you're satisfied with everything, click on 'Publish' (if you're on the page where you can edit everything) or click on 'Edit' if you're previewing the result (not, never, on 'Post Image', which will open a blank page to host a new picture, losing all your work in the process) to go back to the creation page and then, click on 'Publish'.

    If it's your very first picture, a moderator will have to review it before your image is viewable by anyone else, after that, you should be able to publish directly, without any moderator oversight.

    Thanks Elor, great advice. I've been playing with Daz Studio for years, but never published anything before.
