I'd LOVE to know which hair and beard set was used in Nathan 9's "warrior" promo pic. Any help is appreciated, thanks. I'm having a hard time finding out what they may be....
(I finally get to ask one of these 'what's this' questions! Lol. Also what a gorgeous mix and promo picture!)

the hair looks like the one from this character: https://www.patreon.com/posts/joel-for-g8m-40154646 and perhaps the beard from this: https://www.daz3d.com/willis-hair-and-beard-for-genesis-3-and-8-male-s
zombietaggerung Thank you for the help! Willis hair definitely looks similarly scruffy. I tried a bunch of Neftis and Redz Studio beards, some were close... But alas, not quite there, but I guess any one these will do in a pinch.
That link though! That does indeed look like very much like the hair, maybe even the same beard too with some morphs. It seems so familiar, but I can't find it in this store or the other. Maybe I should try asking that artist...
BUT if anyone already happens to know where I can get that hair - I'd appreciate it!
The hair is included with the character I linked, because it's a game rip and the character, hair, clothing and I think, the backpack are all included.
The hair is a direct rip from the Last of Us, and is included in the zip at the Patreon link. It's not a DAZ hair selected because it looks like Joel Miller's hair, it is his actual hair from the game. It only loads with the character, but once you've loaded the character you should be able to save it out as its own prop and fit it to other characters as you please.
Edit: Sorry, zombietaggerung, your comment wasn't up yet when I was writing mine!
I downloaded this and it turns out the hair and the beard are all one piece, so I think the beard in the promo is almost certainly Joel's. It looks shorter and patchier in the promo because of fitting issues. I would call this a very situational hair (the vertex budget for video game hair is much lower than for DAZ Studio mesh hair, and you can really see that from some angles), but especially if you apply a nicer shader and then plug the diffuse and normal maps back into it, it can look nice.
zombietaggerung and Ninefold Thank you very much for clarifying that! I didn't realize it was from a game, and that the link was for a character package for download.
Hmmm, well I definitely want to stay clear of assets that I can't buy a license for, so I think I'll just stick with my current kitbash of DAZ hairs and beards. After auditioning a lot of stuff, I'm happy enough with the result - it'll do!
I'll mark this as solved. Thanks again!
Ninefold I didn't see your edit until now - I had my comment open in separate window and only posted it later in the day. Thanks for trying it out and giving me all this info! That makes sense. I think in a way it's good - since I don't want to use the same set-up as the promo pic, but that hair did seem like a nice go-to hair to have in one's runtime. Maybe we'll see something like that in the store at some point. Here's how Nathan turned out with different hair, but same armor.
