'most discounted' search term

I'd love a way to filter the store and my wishlist for which items are most discounted, to quickly and easily find aggressive sales. Obviously special sales (like get x and then y at high discount ) wouldn't work.

Would also love a 'search within current results' checkbox on the search box.....nice for finding something WITHIN a sale category.
