my products aren't showing up/

I can't see anything that's not installed currently in my smart content, it's not letting me look at anything much less download things by just double clicking in there. How do I fix this? DAZ's help tutorials ain't helping at all.

There's now an option whether to automatically update metadata when you log in, with the default being no.  On the Connect menu you can update metadata once, or change it to always update metadata.
