Michael 9 HD Feminine Shape Add-On NOT free

Hello All,

I had received a banner when I signed into Daz today saying that the Michael 9 HD Feminine Shape Add-On is  free.  Well, I clicked on the link and it went into my shopping cart and there is a charge on it.  I went as far as to checkout, but didn't put it through and the charge is still there.

Normally, I would discover something I did wrong, but the instructions didn't mention any requirements.  Just put it the shopping cart and it will be discounted to free.   Well, that isn't happening.   Now,  I wouldn't make a big deal of it, but I had noticed in the past year, several issues with sales and coupons that don't work.  Perhaps the website people need to really double, or even triple check items to make sure they work before posting them.

    The message/banner is very unclear - even more so than most - downright misleading even. You apparently must have the Michelle 9 bundle in cart for it to work. Michael 9 is a required product as well.

    yeah basicly put the Michelle 9 bundle in your cart - the shapes are in that as part of the bundle and the cost of shapes is discounted off the bundle hence it being free

    It's cheaper than what I paid for the Victoria 9 equivalent, thankfully.

    Terribly unclear.  Reality is that you just get a bigger discount on the bundle -- not getting anything for free.  The Remotes and Controllers Props is free.

    I don't know, I got the bundle for really, really cheap.  The banner clearly says that you have to get the bunmdle and they deduct the cost of the add on shape from the bundle.  On sale for 58% off for $41.99 and I got the bundle for less than hald of that so it was a good deal.  Cost less to get the bundle than getting the shape and braid hair which is all I wsanted from teh bumdle but geting the bundle saved me more money.  I will use the cloth8ing in a kitbash outfit sometime maybe,

    To explain, the banner/message says all that now, because it was updated after people posted that it was very unclear/misleading, and didn't mention any buy-in. 

    The original wording was along the lines of, "Since you participated in the Holiday sale we are giving you the Shapes bundle. Just add to cart."

    I am glad you got a deal that makes you happy.
