Studio fails to communicate with the server for metadata update

Hello,

after much, much work, I finally managed to get Studio to establish the PostgreSQL CMS connection. Yippieh!

But, cheered too soon. When I try to login to my account for a metadata update, I get an error message "Communication with Server failed." 

Is there something I can do or have I just overcome one "unsolvable problem" (these were the words from the support, not mine) to meet the next one?

    Hi,

    I use DIM.

    If you use DIM, you have no reason to log in to Daz studio.

    As far as I know (I don't use it) Dim can update metadata too and does it safer than Daz Connect inside DS
