Genesis 2 Starter Essentials required by Studio 4.8?

Hi everyone,

My copy of Daz Studio 4.8 64-bit for the Mac had a nasty crash and developed all sorts of instabilities, so I reinstalled it using DAZ3DIM. 

Once I got it up and running again I found a new problem - the auto-fit that used to let me put Genesis clothing on G2 Male has stopped working. Now when I try to fit G1 cloths on to G2M, I get the auto-fit dialog, but the top dropdown asking me about which figure the item was originally designed for now only has 'Unsupported' and 'Michael 4' when it used to have 'Genesis' in the list.

Thinking something else had been corrupted, I used DAZ3DIM to uninstall, then reinstall the Genesis Starter Essentials, Genesis 2 - DMC, Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials, Genesis 2 Male Body Morphs, Genesis 2 Male Head Morphs and Genesis 2 Male Starter Essentials. No errors were reported during the installation, but despite quitting and restarting Studio, I still can't get it to work.

I have the Interactive Tutorial - 'Using Auto-Fit - Genesis to Genesis 2 Male' but when I start it, I get a dialog: '1 file required by the 'Using Auto-Fit Genesis to Genesis 2 Male' Interactive Lesson can not be found. Check that the content is installed correctly and try again. The missing file is provided by the following product: Genesis 2 Starter Essentials'. I thought the Genesis 2 Starter Essentials was part of DAZ Studio now? I certainly don't see a download for it in DAZ3DIM - am I the one being dim here?

Anyway, if anyone has any ideas what might be amiss, I'd appreciate some help.

It's not part of the DS installer, there are separate downloads for all the starter essentials. Maybe try downloading it using the DIM button in the "product library" section of "my account" here?
