Filter by Context semi-broken

I start Daz and there is nothing loaded into the scene. When "Filter by context" is not checked then only "shaders" appears in the smart content panel. When I check "filter by context" (remember nothing is in the scene) then everything appears in the panel. See attached images.
When I load a figure then things appear to work proerly when "filter by context" is checked. If I uncheck it then everything disapears. So some content like most utilities can never be accessed unless you remove everything from the scene.

The culprit is that non-default "Shaders" category which proabably comes from a product with wrongly-defined metadata. When you uncheck Filter by Context, all products will be listed in Smart Content, however, if there's a non-default Catetory, the Category Tree on the left will be collapsed. That's why you see the screenshot 2.
When Filter by Context is checked and nothing is selected in the Scene / Viewport, only products in which there're loadable objects will be listed in Smart Content. Shader product cannot be directly loaded into the scene other than on Surfaces, so Shaders category is filtered out. That's why you see screenshot 1.
How to resolve - Go to Content Library - Categories, check and delete that "Shaders", or re-assign default shader category to the related product(s)
I tried to reassign the category but I couldn't get it to work. So I just deleted the product and that fixed my problems. If I need those shaders I will worry about it then.
Thanks!
You don't have to delete the product, just delete that "Shaders" category (right click - Delete). Then go to the folder of the product in Content Library, select those shader presets files, right click - Categorize..., then select (tick) Shaders and or the needed sub-category under it.
