Can Morph Loader be used to a certain surface of a dress only?

Let's say you make one morph for the arms, the body, and the skirt. Then hemmm... you want it to affect the skirt only... But you don't want to redo it again.

You can attenuate/restrict the affect of the morph loaded via morph loader by selecting "attenuate by" option in the morph loader pro dialogue.

Then you can use a weight map or something to define the area you want to attenuate by.  (Positive value 1 will use the weight map etc as is, while negative value -1 will invert the weight map etc).

Yes, you may use Attenuate By option in Morph Loader Pro, as attached Ss. You can also flexibly define Face Group or Selection Set with Geometry Editor before import, as needed.

Doing it simply by surface group, however, would probably not work as you would get an abrupt transition at the edge (assuming that was visible).

If it's related to rigging, like collars, sleeves, trouser legs... etc. , use the relevant Face Groups or Weight Maps...
