Issue with Character Purchase - Hair and Clothing Not Applying

Hello,

I am a relatively new user to Daz 3D, and recently I purchased a female character from Daz Studio. Unfortunately, upon adding the character to Daz Studio, I encountered an issue where the hair is missing, and the clothing does not apply even after attempting to double-click.

While the makeup appears to function correctly, there are difficulties with the hair and clothing. I made the purchase based on the detailed page information, which indicated the inclusion of hair. However, the character does not reflect this as expected.

Could you please advise on how to address this issue or provide guidance on resolving the problem? I've attached the link to the purchased page for your reference.

Thank you.

There is no hair with that product - unless you mean the "Anatomical Hair". There is also no clothing included in the listing that I can see, what clothing are you trying to attach?

The vast majority of figures/characters do not come with either hair and clothing as those are all separate products.

    Good Morning!
Characters generally do not come with hair or clothing they are used in the images to give them a more fully fleshed out feeling. If you look in the "What's Included and Features" section below the main images you will see a listing of what is actually included in the set. In this case the only hair that is included are the custom fibermesh eyebrows.
Generally Mousso uses Linday hairs in the promos and there is a section at the bottom of the page called "Additional Products Used in Promo Images" that quite a few of the vendors actually fill out. If there is a part of the clothing not listed it may be from a different site but you can always ask if anyone knows what it is and we "should" be able to point you in the correct direction!

When you see "Anatomical" in a Daz product description, that is their euphemism for "genital", So in this case, you can interpret anatomical hair as pubic hair, not hair on her head. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, now that you understand that you don't get everything shows in the promo images, you can submit a help request and ask for a refund. They will refund store credit and remove the product from your product library. Anyway, you have learned an important lesson on how products are presented and how to carefully read what you actually get.

Please make sure that your images do not show textured, nude figures.
