Hello all and hope your year is off to a great stat and pductive.
I was wonder if anyone can tell me how to make a template in DAZ so I can apply my own shaders to a prop?
Here is an example of what I am talking about

There's an "UV view" in DS but AFAIK you can't export a template from it.
Some products provide templates (usually a separate download you can get from the "Product library" section of the site).
Otherwise, you can export the prop as obj and open that obj in a modeling app which can create UV templates. I'm pretty sur Blender or Hexagon can do that, for example.
You may consider this UV Tailor plugin - https://www.daz3d.com/uv-tailor but it's not necessary if you know Blender or Hexagon...
In Hexagon, the uvmap export is a screengrab. Could do the same thing from D/S being very careful to crop to the full square page.
Or there are some free uvmapping utilities. One is Here: n.b. there is a free edition and a $pro edition. https://uvmapper.com/index.html
