I have bought this utility program but am totally confused by the results!

The results are VERY distorted and I'm trying to work out why!

The resulting image is attached.

The attached message appears three times after I start the conversion process in motion and there is NO explanation in the supplied manual.

It's message totally confuses me! "'Zero' is often chosen when 'Restore' is the true intent." WHAT!!!!!!?????

Is this a common issue?

That warning was added in either 4.21 or 4.22, I don't remember which. Restore returns the figure to its memorized settings, where parameters might have non-zero settings; Zero is literally zeroing everything out. I can't help you with anything specific to this product, though.

Thanks Gordig. ....I'm converting a Genesis 8 character to a Genesis 9 character so "Restore" retains the settings from the G8 whereas "Zero" imposes the default setting of the G9? Is that correct?

I would ask your question in the post that Zombietag posted. The PA is pretty responsive. But, in general, zero should not be used as it turned off helpful dials that are turned on in G9. Probably also in G8 but they might not be as noticed.
