DAZ + AI manipulation. Which site works?

Hi. I'm just wondering, has someone applied succesfuly AI to Daz renders in order to create different styles? I'm looking for a site that could transform my renders into a comic book style without distorting the image. I've checked some of the daz resources, but the results are as good as when I use my lame photoshop skills LOL. If you have found one, please recommend it to me. Thanks!

I don't know about site based generation but if you can run stable diffusion on your machine then you just need to find a checkpoint or lora with the style you want and then tweak the settings to keep the content of the image relatively the same. You can get models/loras on civitai and check out this article for how to do it.

    What you could do is:

    1) Sign up for Night Cafe. They will grant you a generous 5 credits a day (for now at least) and you can buy more. I buy the cheapest package that autorenews every 3 months for about $15. If you don't use it much in a few months you will have over a 1000 credits saved. I have nearing 3000.

    2) They have a feature where you upload a bunch of photos to train a dataset. I used pictures of me over the decades, then you get sometime like 5 Pro Subscriber credits to test your dataset model. That's what I did and I was satisfied enough with the results in my untrained hands such that I subscribed to the entry level Pro sub for $15 every 3 months. Note: if you are short dough one month you can actually go on their web site to shift payment to a later date. The unedited avatar I'm using here at DAZ 3D was made via this means.

    3) Now, after you have gotta that basic bit done, you render your DAZ Studio scenes and create different data sets for genres you want as 'atoms' for 'molecules' you want to composite different 'atoms' into using the Night Cafe AI features. Note: that might be expensive so I would definately search & watch YouTube videos about how to create and composite Night Cafe datasets into a final AI image with minimal AI job submissions. You would create a new dataset for each DAZ character. Each unique DAZ scene. ...and similarly so on...yada, yada, yada...it's similar to computer programming, mathematical induction, and other such nested building techniques.

As the above might be pricey if you have an GEForce RTX capable video card download and install Stable Diffusion binaries and data sets and do YouTube tutorials on how to use that as a local text to image / text to video AI to learn how to guide the AI using local datasets you make. Then once you learn you then refine and you recreate those optimzed and pared down datasets by uploading to Night Cafe or another 3rd party AI service if you need more horsepower for larger resolution images and to take advantage of other 3rd party datasets  An RTX 4070 or above is preferable for all of that.
