Anyone familiar with the Face Transfer 2 plugin?

I keep getting a message prompt saying please use image picker? I could use guidance. Anyone get this message? Is there a fix? Thx

    That sounds as if the image you are using is not a simple portrait shot and so the algorithm cannot identify a usable face. For example it may have other elements in the image, parts of the face may be hidden, or there may be an extreme expression or the ehad may be at an extreme angle to the view.
