How to tell how old an item is?

Hi all, the wishlist sale today states the item in your wishlist must be older than 6 months ago. I can't see how to tell. Anyone? Thanks!

    Search by SKU # or Product Name on the site: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php, then you can find the release date on product's ReadMe page.

    Or, better install the add-on: Daz-Deals, then you may directly jump to Product's ReadMe page from Product main page in the store, by clicking "ReadMe".

    If you have Daz-Deals plugin for your desktop browser:

    Your wishlist is ordered chronologically in the order the items' releases, newest first. Scroll down some (or scroll down some more, if your WL is big), pick a random product and check the Read Me link for it. There will be a release date. If it's not 6 months old, keep scrolling, and repeat the process with another random item. Any item below the item marking six months (or the closest date to it) will be elligible for the wishlist sale.

    There are several sales with a similar age restriction so it would be great if there was a filter added for this. But there isn't :(

    It's not an exact way to do it but for 6 months old you'd be looking for a Product ID of around 91000 or lower.

    This is confusing, because at the top of the sale, it says any item from your wish list prior to today, but in the fine print, it says it has to be six months old or older. Which is it? "Prior to today" implies anything that was put in the wish list yesterday or earlier.

    The way I read it was that it was two separate conditions: first, the product must have a release date of more than 6 months ago and second the item must have been sitting around in your wishlist for atleast one day.

    This means it both stops you using it on any newer item (where they still hope to sell for a higher value) and also stops you adding any random item by bouncing it through your wishlist first. If they allowed this second condition then it renders the whole wishlist part of it moot.

    Basically, these kinds of sales are the reason why it's a good idea to keep a healthy amount of products that you "kind-of like but are not ready to buy yet" in your wishlist.

    In addition to the requirements for an item to be older than six months AND to have been one's wishlist prior to February 7 AND to purchase another item costing more than $1, I also discovered that the 70% discount will only apply to one wishlist item per sale.  If you put two or more wishlist items in your cart, only the first one put into the cart will get the 70% discount.  The discount code is usable up to three times but one will have to make up to three separate purchases.
