Wishlist sale not working in cart?

Hi, anyone else having issues with the Wishlist sale? I have tried with various items (not at same time, all well over the 6 month requirement, and I do have the code entered on the wishlist, but the 70% is not coming off....? Thanks for any insights! ... and yes, the items were in my wishlist ages ago. Definitely before the promo started.

    Is it the only item in the basket? Remember you also need a second item over $1 in there too. Also the item needs to have been in your wishlist since before the promo started.

    EDIT: Here is an example cart:

    1. Last Room - this has been in my wishlist for a while (not sure exactly but certainly not aded in the last few days) and has a release date of 2021-07-15 (which is over 6 months ago)
    2. Water Fountains - this is a random additional item found by sorting the store by price (lowest first) and satisfies the >$1 condition.

    With these two in the cart the coupon is accepted.

    No, I have four other items too, so it meets that requirement.... is a puzzlement! Here is my cart:

    Hmm, did you definitely enter it correctly? e.g.:

    WISH-UPON-A-LIST

    Sometimes it's helpful to post the cart in the thread - however for this one we would not be able to tell when those items were added to your wishlist and so cannot say whether they qualify or not :(

    Also, even tho you can use it 3 times - I believe that means it will only discount one item at a time so you'd have to have 3 separate qualifying carts.

    Hmmm... yes, double-checked the code: WISH-UPON-A-LIST. Do you think the 6 months refers to WHEN it went into the cart, as well as the age of the item itself? I guess I'll only know when it finally accepts one, lol! Keep trying.... Thanks fort all your help! :)

    It shouldn't do - both due to the wording and also that would be very mean of them to do - I think previous promos similar to this have had the requirement to have been in there for maybe ~3 days and so 6 months would be so far away from the norm. However, I do not believe there is a way, as a customer, to view the date you added something to the wishlist and in my example cart while I don't think that product has been in my wishlist for that long I cannot say for certain.

    Yes, I agree. But I have been trying with items dated over a year ago. I guess I'll have to give up - here (UK) it's bedtime for me. lol! Good night, and thank you again! I just clicked on your banner - interesting, I shall look properly tomorrow.

    UK here also and so the promo will be over by the morning - sorry I couldn't help you figure out the cause for it not working in time to use it. However, there will be another similar-ish promo along eventually so keep your wishlist stacked in advance.

    Yes, the freebie challenge is a good one if you have a decent catalogue of free assets or have some time to locate some free assets to suppliment your other assets. Also, it's good one to check out to see what freebies other users have found and what they have done with them. I like to join in when time and inspiration allows :)

    3DScreencraft The banner indicates that the offer only applies to one item and does not stack with any other promotions as mentioned in the fine print. So essentially you get one item (I'm assuming it'll be the first item in your cart) for exactly 70% off.

    And in your cart, that first item is indeed 70% off. The promotion won't take more off beyond that.

    It's best to choose an item that you've wanted from your wishlist and that doesn't go on sale often, and add that as the first item in your cart.

    Since the coupon is useable 3 times you could do 3 seperate carts.

    I thought it would reduce the price beyond 40% from the item in my Wishlist. But it's stuck at 40% even with the coupon.

    Is the wishlist item from your cart - NEW?

    (Check for the green new label on the solo item's page)

    That was my issue. I had items from my wishlist that were still technically new although not a "New release".

    Wish it was simpler without all the small text and restrictions. Oh well. Nothing else I need presently.
