[dForce High School Cheer for Genesis 8 Female] This product has stopped working.
Specifically, none of the materials will load, so I can't use the various uniform options.
I get an error message reading file not found. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the product, but it still won't work.
Any thoughts?

How did you install?
DazCentral.
Do you work with Daz Studio online? Is other content loading correctly?
I usually run offline. As far as I know, everything else is loading correctly.
I tried going online and loading but still didn't work. Here's the actual error message:

I wasn't suggesting going online - it's just that if you do work online you can end up with a Connect installation, which may not decrypt correctly.
From the path given for the missing files I suspect in this case the issue is that the paths in the file are stored with a leading //, so the first folder name (//Runtime) iss kipped. Whatever the cause, the readme does show there as beingh an update from March last year to fix it http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/61531/start - redownload and reinstal and you should be good.
Doesn't seem to work. I decided to try DIM. I uninstalled the product, then downloaded it again. However, it did not appear under the Ready to Install Tab, but just seemed to have auto-installed. I am wondering if it wasn't truly deleted?
In any case, any other ideas? It still doesn't work. I unistalled using Daz Central as well. I do appreciate your help.
What happens if you right-click on the product icon (without opening it) in Smart Content - does it have an unisntall option? Do you have multiple content libraries connected to DS?
As Richard said - the duf files for the materials are broken so you will have to hand-edit them to make them work. You are basically looking to replace "//Runtime" with "/Runtime" (non-case-sensitive) which appears 9 times in each of the following files:
Hey. Thanks. I can't figure out how to get to that screen shown in the first attachment where the file tree starts at Volume. The insructions seem very clear once I get to the right place, though. I just don't know how to get there.
Nevermind! Something I did while clicking around seems to have worked. Problem solved. Thanks to both of you for your help!
