Neo Ayane outfit foot pose?

I've been fiddling with the foot pose of genesis 3 trying to get the bottom of the shoe flat and minimize distortion. This is what I've got so far.

Anyone have better luck?

Right foot bend 28.73
Right metatarsals bend 2.76
Right heel bend -10.73
