What's going on with Daz support. I logged a ticket two and a half months ago. I got no reply. I re-submitted the request as a new ticket referring to the original and received a reply stating there were delays due to the holiday period. Not acceptable when the delay is two and a half months.

Yes, response times have been suffering but support is working through the tickets.
