Ember Horse Texture Presets Not Showing in D/S

I bought this when it released in 2020 but never used it until now. (Familiar story, huh?) It looks great once you find the textures. There's the problem. The HalloweenHorse folder (yes, it's named that and not Ember Horse) once located and opened in D/S, looks empty. No icons for the presets, no list under the opened file. The files are there, however; If I use D/S search for Halloween, they pop right up, icons and all. If I use Windows Explorer (or whatever it's called now), I can  as well.see them. (I will edit with screenshots to hopefully make it clearer.)

Is there a simple way to make the preset icons appear, when I select/open the folder? Or will I just have to use Search? I don't think I want to do a ticket because of the technical support backup.

Maybe you can try to re-install it if it's not showing the icons?  It seems OK on my machine (installed via DIM) so they should be there.

I tried the uninstall/reinstall, but I will try it again, just in case.
