It won't show on the store pages, because different people have different discounts.   It should show once it is in your cart and go to the checkout.

  • i havent seen the huge discount of anything  most i seen is 30 percent

Ah you sure that you are looking at the correct items which are featuring today?

  • yes  i ami been looking at the same page you linked me thinking i would see huge discounts im not bitching or anyting i am jw

  • These are the 2015 items for today http://www.daz3d.com/punchcard-top-items-from-2015

  • The discounts are not being applied right for the sale.  Have two punches and put an item in my cart the only discount I am getting is the one for the base file.  No punch discount.

Is this one of the featured items from previous years or a new punchable item?

  • So punches no longer expire for the remainder of the holiday sale...

Does anyone know how much longer the holiday sale goes on. Is it until the end of the month?

  • On both the new items and the last years items the discounts are not showing up in the cart.

They are new-new items (listed and punchable) and items from the list of featured products, not general new items or items from last year?

Some how the math on the discounts are still wrong.  40% off and the punch discount on all the older items is not calculating correctly.  Correct me if I am wrong, but at the 5 punch point it should be 40% off on all the older items and an additional 60, 65, or 70 percent.  My math is saying 40+60 =100.  Or is it 40% of the price and then 60% of the remainder.

It's 40% off, then 60% (or whatever) off the remainder - that's how percentages combine ("40% off" means multiply by 0.6, "60% off" means multiply by 0.4, so to combine them take price * 0.6 * 0.4). Though, where are you seeing an extra 60%? Five punches gets and extra 30% off for the oldest goup of top sellers according to the promo page so in this case they are adding the 40 and the punch value by the look of it - which isn't ideally described if so.

  • It says on the punch page that its 60% off of the 2014 stuff at 5 punches, then the listing says 40% plus the punch %.

Yes, I think that 60% (or whatever) is the total discount. I will ask for clarification.

  • It needs to be written clearer in any event.  If its 40% of regular price then 60% of that price, it needs to be written out.  If its 40% and the punch bonus of 60% that sounds like 100% off, which is how it looks.

  • No, if it was meant to add up to 100% (optimist :) ) it would be base 40% plus 60 (or whatever) percentage points.

In the past, when there was an additional percentage off it went something like this...

Say the item was $10 and 40% off.  That would give a price of $6.  Then that additional 60% would be applied to that $6...deducting another $3.60...so the final price would be $2.40.

Now I'm confused. What do you mean by "in the past"? Isn't this how it works now?
