DS4.8 crashes when cross-gender dressing

I had this now for several situations when I try to fit something to a g2f that belongs to g2m or the other way round. When I select the figure in the scene tab and try to add the item directly from the content library the program crashes instantly and completly, so no log file with the problem. If I load the same item from the smart content with no figure selected and fit it afterwards I don't have a problem.

It's not happening every time so, I still don't know what makes the difference but lately it happens way more frequently.

I haven't sent a bug report yet because of the missing log file, but wanted to hear if someone had similar problems.
