Wow. the PA's are putting out some awesome content lately. I love this whole new series today.

I would love to know also what character this is, and what product was used to create the blue and red lights around the edges of the face.

The promo images are like out of this world lately.

The lights may well be from https://www.daz3d.com/luminosity-drama-iray-mesh-lighting-system-for-dramatic-lights-and-shadows

I've used those for similar blue and red portrait lighting.

I would also like to know who this character is. Is it a combination of morphs or somthing I can find in the store?

I thought this character was the new vampire, Merciless 9, but dialed in at a low percentage, like 5%. (I've gotten similar results with other monster shapes.) Maybe he's mixed with some other regular human character too.
