Looking for a suburban neighborhood with house and street lights illuminated at night prop

Looking for an exterior of a suburban neighboorhood prop, that isn't overly memory taxing.

Hoping to have one that has both night and day settings for illuminated windows and lights.

I've noticed, there are a bunch of urban city block type things, but a limited amount of suburban exteriors.
