I don't have it.
But how are you simulating?
My general recomandation is to use timeline. By using timeline you can see how the simulation runs frame by frame, and if issues occour, you can make corrective in-between poses.
Often seen causes for explossion are limbs passing through other bodyparts, and thereby trapping the mesh.
Or a pose that moves the dress to fast, so it don't have time to settle.
Try to post an image of your final pose.
I'd also be really interested in the problems you're having, as I'm planning on buying the outfit sometime later, mainly because of the mantilla. Do the fringes get caught in each other, or in limbs? Seems like the most likely scenario ...
I'm sorry to know that you are experiencing issues with simulation. Try this and let me know.
First, be sure you are loading the shawl from the wearable preset because it comes with some adjustment morphs applied by default that help a lot during simulation.
The dress also helps with simulation because it smooths the velocity during simulation.
It is also important to hide the shoes because they cause most of explosions.
On the other hand, the shawl includes bones that can be placed before simulation just in case that the explosion comes from it and not from the dress.
Be sure that the floor isn't causing poke through against the dress frill because it is another common reason for explosion results.
There are some morphs in Actor section that can be useful for giving some room between fringes and some extra separation between hands and shawl.
The last tip is changing some simulations settings: increase the "Air resistance" value. Slow down "Pose Transition Time” and increase "Frames Per Second (FSP) Multiplier". These changes will help to smooth the velocity.
The appropriate values will depend on the technical specifications of your computer. For example, on my main computer, the default simulation settings works perfectly but in my portable, setting "Air Resistance" from 0,15 to 0.60 and "Pose Transition Time" from 1 to 0,50, was the solution to prevent the explosions.
I hope these tips help, and you can work with it.
Thank you very much for your purchase and have a nice day.

Thank for yours suggestions I will try them during next week
