When going into create mode or edit mode some parts of the screen freez. I am using windows 10 with Nvidia Quadro RTX 5000

Sorry, I cannot help. I am using Bryce 4, 5.01, 5.5, 6.1, 6.3 and 7.1 on Windows 2000, XP, 7 and 10 but without Nvidia and I never experienced such in the 24 years I am using Bryce almost daily.
