Only One Light Works - Saw Somewhere "Max Lights" - Can't Find Now

Well the subject explains it all. When I render in iRay, even with Headlamp Off... Only 1 light will render. The others are ignored.  I remember seeing somewhere a "Max Lights" setting, but can't find it. Anyone know about this?

What are your Render Settings in the Environment group?
