Genesis 8 performance Mac vs PC

Just wanted to point out while I mainly use my PC for working in Daz I did notice how smooth Genesis 8 works on my Mac Mini M1 machine. Performaces is much like how Genesis 3 and 9 work on PCs in the viewport. Genesis 8 is so sluggish when editing scenes sometimes uless you have a base G8 figure in the scene with nothing else and even than it doesn't move nearly as smooth as G3 and G9 assets. Why is Genesis 8 like this on PC? is it becasue of the massive library of morphs, material, etc? Just wondering from a technical standpoint.
