Pose rotations outside of limits

Hi all. I'm trying to get a pose I saved to stop thinking it goes beyond the rotation limits. The pose actually looks wrong when I let it break the limits. Is there a way to automatically save all the rotations within the limits, so that if somehow it saved a rotation beyond a limit it will now just save at the max rotation? I would adjust it manually and resave but I don't know which joint is the offendor.

In the Preferences under the Content Library tab there is a setting that controls the option for pose limits, one of the option is 'Always leave limits on'.

That works 99 percent of the time. I guess for the other one percent I can rework the pose to get it right. Thanks mate.
