Someone please help.
I created a scene in Daz 3D 4.8 for Mac. I then had to swap my system disc due to lack of space. I transferred what I thought was my existing files to my new drive but now my scene is just a bunch of blocks with no details, poses or textures. The menu gives me a list of missing files eg: /data/DAZ 3D/Genesis 3/Female/Morphs/DAZ 3D/Base Correctives/pJCMCollarTwist_n30_R.dsf
I've found the files and it seems they are where they are supposed to be, but I get the same message every time I open up the scene.
I've tried reinstalling Daz but that doesn't happen either. Nor can I download my purchases.
What's going wrong?
Please help. Someone.

Check the content directories listed in your newly installed version of DS, is the directory where you have your files listed?
That's just it. The files it says are missing are there. But perhaps I've got the hierachy of folders wrong. Where exactly should these files be?
Nothing shows up in my menu. My models are gone, my textures are gone. I'm shuffling it all around in the directory but nothing's working. I want to do a complete re-install but I can't even do that. What's going on? Am I just plain dumb?
DAZ Studio uses Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager to keep track of where you content is installed to. Make sure that the paths listed there for DAZ Studio Formats AND Poser Formats is the correcty one.
Moving folders around is not going to help. Re-installing DAZ Studio will not affect your content either.
The rreason for the 'blocky' figures is usually because DAZ Studio cannot find the 'data' folder. It should be contained in the library folder that you use (Ny DAZ 3D Library?) so please make sure that the paths as mentioned above are correct.
