hi all

been thinking that I might re-do and re-install my content for Daz 4.

is it O.K. to just delete the whole Library folder along with all of the un-installers and then run CCleaner to clean up the registry...surely I don't have to run each un-installer separately?

    I don;t imagine that there would be anything in the Registry for purely content?   Plugins for the DS application will probably be there, but if you are only dealing with content, don't want to bother uninstalling everything, you could just remove your library folder.   That however could be fraught with danger since DS needs the 'data' folder to reload saved scenes.

    If you are using DIM, then it should be quite simple to uninstall anything that was installed with it, but it sounds more like you are doing it manually?

    How do you intend to install, and is it all content bought in the DAZ 3D Store here, or other places as well?

    mmm good point about the saved scenes requiring saved data.....I have a ton a saved scenes some of which I want to "finish".

    might just leave it for now.
