Items not showing in DAZ

I'm not sure if I'm just doing something wrong or its just DAZ in general but I've installed DAZ from scratch, installed three items through the install manager

Two bodies and a hair, I go to the Installed Tab and they are installed, I then open DAZ drag the models into the scene and they work fine, however when clicking

the hair, an instant popup shows then vanishes and nothing? I've checked the models are GEN 8.1 and the hairs compatible with 8.1 yet nothing? any help would

Make sure you're clicking on the hair itself and not material presets for the hair.
