Install Manager : Missing DLL

Haven't used DS for a while. Tonight, it won't render. It did a few weeks ago. So I decided to update, starting with Install Manager. But Install Manager won't run because MSVCP100.dll is missing.

I have 64 bit Windows 10, just updated yet again.
