My Account - Lost

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Help? Daz's website has changed so much that I can't figure out how to access my account - you see I need to download a recent acquisition manually rather than via the Daz Installer since I need to actually find the files so I can use them in Bryce - the DIM just plonks files whereever it feel like it not where I can find them.

I need to be able to put them where I want them.

Can anyone help?

    Click the little guy on the top right of the forum, next to the shopping cart icon. and it takes you to your account.   Your Product Library is where your purchases are stored.

    Thanks Chohole, I'm glad to hear that the Product Library is still the Product Library - I did click on the little man before but nothing happened - the clickable area must be really small.

    My that took some persistance!  I had to continually click on the "Download" button to get it to finally work, Daz seems really glitchy these days! (ditto with the little guy before a menu appeared with an option to access my account) If that's the only way to get to your account then no wonder I couldn't find it before. Thanks very much for your help. I appreciate it.

    The DIM doesn't have to install you can have it just download and the files will be saved into the DIM ownload folder. Just untick the little 'install after download' box

    Yeah clicking on the little man was a challenge today, and the store wouldn't load ... apparently JAVA needed updating, so did that and now it all works fine. FF likes to shut off features that require updating, most helpful lol ...
