Car VFX kit question

Hello -

Regarding the Car VFX Kit,

there is a scene in the promos with two VWs racing in the desert. Does anyone know where the groiund prop and texture came from? I'd like to approximate that scene and it's tough to find a ground prop with convincing tire tracks like that pictured.

I thought "hmmm, that looks cool," and went to have a look. I own it, thus proving the rule that collecting DAZ products and using DAZ products are two different hobbies.
