How to export poses of Genesis figures to Maya to apply them there?

It's a rather noobish question about FBX export from DAZ Studio to Maya. I want to use Genesis in Maya for a simple animation and found that it can be exported fully rigged within FBX as described here - http://www.daz3d.com/forums/viewreply/38990/ . I found also it can be exported with morphs and want to give it a try too. But how about poses - can I set up several ready poses in DS and export this pose information within FBX to Maya somehow? If I should export the posed Genesis as FBX, how can I save this pose in Maya to apply it later on this character? Or it is impossible and I must rig Genesis character in Maya from zero to reproduce this poses?
Particularly, I want to try Maya cloth simulation with its nCloth and wonder how to perform this with DAZ Genesis figures in the most convenient way. So I understand I need to save pose information from DAZ Studio to apply it on some keyframe, but I did not find any clear tutorials about this process. How to animate the rigged Genesis in Maya and perform clothing simulation, like in Poser Cloth Room?
