How to Hide everything except head?

Hello guys! I'm trying to create characters but I want to render only heads. By the moment what I do is select one by one body parts and hide it. But there is another fast way to do it? Or can you help me to create an script to do it? (I never did it before)

You could click first bone and shift-click last, and then in Parameters turn of Visibility/Render.

It might require that you first in parameter settings > Preferences > Consolidate Properties
