When I use DIM to install “PostgreSQL CMS From Valentina CMS Conversion” it takes about a nanosecond and comes up 0 bytes in DIM's Installed Status window.
I have reset the database (right-click Content Library pane, choose Content DB Maintenance, tick Reset Database, click Accept), and reimported metadata (right-click Content Library pane, choose Content DB Maintenance, tick Re-Import Metadata, click Accept, Tick User Data and All Products, click Accept).
Do I need to uninstall Valentina to get the new CMS to install properly? If so, where do I find Valentina? Might it/she be somewhere in a Carrara folder? (I no longer use Carrara, but haven’t yet uninstalled it Just In Case it’s needed again.)

Thanks in advance.

No. Leave it be. That is normal, it did its job. No need to worry.
That utility is for converting your old Valentina database to PostgreSQL, which it does while "installing". If you didn't have a Valentina database there was nothing to be converted.
Thanks.
