CMS install = 0 bytes

When I use DIM to install “PostgreSQL CMS From Valentina CMS Conversion” it takes about a nanosecond and comes up 0 bytes in DIM's Installed Status window.

I have reset the database (right-click Content Library pane, choose Content DB Maintenance, tick Reset Database, click Accept), and reimported metadata (right-click Content Library pane, choose Content DB Maintenance, tick Re-Import Metadata, click Accept, Tick User Data and All Products, click Accept).

Do I need to uninstall Valentina to get the new CMS to install properly? If so, where do I find Valentina? Might it/she be somewhere in a Carrara folder? (I no longer use Carrara, but haven’t yet uninstalled it Just In Case it’s needed again.)

DS 4.8.0.59 Pro 64-bit • iMac OSX 10.10.5

Thanks in advance.

No. Leave it be. That is normal, it did its job. No need to worry.

  • That utility is for converting your old Valentina database to PostgreSQL, which it does while "installing". If you didn't have a Valentina database there was nothing to be converted.

  • Thanks.
