This free video demonstrates how to use the Font to Mesh Express Converter (FMEC) to create your own 3D Text models from True Type Fonts (TTF) in OBJ (object) format that are compatible with Daz Studio.

This is quite nice.  Unfortunately I don't have the FMEC available from Daz3D.  I am using the free Elefont tool to create any text or dingfonts in Bryce.  I haven't tried it in Daz Studio.

That's what I've been using too. I had read some conflicting information about FMEC somewhere so that's why I was asking to be sure if he was talking about the same product as what is sold here. I know he also has software in either of his stores but couldn't find any other references. Maybe one day the perfect letter maker will come along.
