Push Modifier Weight Node question

I tried painting weight maps on a Push Modifier Weight Node applied to a figure, but it appears that the push modifier is applied to the entire figure at once and you can only subtract from it. Is there a way to invert this; basically set the push to 1.00 but have all areas of the figure be *unpainted* and only paint weight (and thus height) where I want it?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Yes, push modifier node are applied with 100% weight for full geometry first.

but  you can select "push modifier node", then by R click sub menu, in Node weight map brush tool,

geometry selection>select all,  as same as when you color weight maps for figure.

after that you can fill selected face "zero" weight.   now all push modifier node weight are removed,

but it keep the Push modifier off set  value as default 1.00 (edited) as same as before.

then you can only paint on the poligons where you want .

Thank you very much, that worked fine. I didn't think of right-clicking (duhh), but I probably wouldn't have thought to try Fill Selected right away anyway.

It's a nice little feature that few seem to know about; a simple sculpting/fixing method that doesn't require exporting or any other software. Thanks again.
