Yes, that's what I was thinking as well, but the nose through me off. I wonder if that's a morph available somewhere... Thanks for confirming!

I think it is Nose Bridge Bump from this https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-9-head-shapes but I am not 100% sure. It should get you close.

Can you use these on an 8.1?

Sorry, my brain wasn't there. There is something similar called this Nose Bump in this set https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-8-male-head-morphs which should work on 8.1, as well.
