Kinda Basics... but...

I've got an obj that's a pair of shoes. I'm trying to use Studio/Hexagon bridge to get them to line up with Genesis 8 Male so I can use the Transfer Utility.

Problem is, they are a pair in a single OBJ, so I can't manipulate each shoe into position seperately.

Is there a way to either split these into seperate objects and then re-group them after I have postioned them? Any advice or suggestions appreciated.

I've already done this with a model that was already seperate.

Can't you just marquee select them and stransform them or cut-and-paste them to a new object layer?

Treat each shoe as its own model, Left and right,

Not sure what you mean here

Solved the issue by learning to use dformers and weight maps, but thanks for the response.

I didn't make the model, this is how it came...but I figured a way around it. Thanks for the response.

marquee select I meant - drag a rectangle out to select all inside it, then transform or cut-and-paste to a new layer the selected bits
