Can not reinstall DIM

With a recent upgrade to Windows 10 started having problems with DIM.   Decided to uninstall it and Daz and start over in order to move my library off C drive.
Only problem is that DAZ3DIM will not install.  I've used Advanced Revo Uninstaller to maker certain I got rid of Daz and Dim files, but when I open the Daz3dim exe file I get the msg to allow it to make changes to my computer, I click yes and . . . nothing.  I try opening as admin, same results.  I turned off all firewalls and threat protection no change.  Tried using the Windows install helper, nothing.  Also tried running exe in compatibiliy with Windows 7 which I upgraded from, still no joy.  At this point I'm at my wits end.

Has anybody else had this problem?

So is the instalaltion failing or is it not running after installation? Have you tried setting a different destination path if it is not installing at all?
