conflicting offers and always get the worst deal?

almost every thing this week i've put into cart has changed to 70% while on store page it may have been 91%. even one otf todays lighting deals 1$ in store 6$ in cart. every one of the 1.99 deals for buying the curent new vendor today. every single one changing to 70% in cart even the ones not in my favrites list. this might be the 3rd day in a row i spend no money when i would have otherwise.
