SU Winter Outfit not downloading

When I went to look at the SU Winter Outfit, it was not in any of the versions.

Looking at my order page it says only the textures are DIM compataible (although it also said the Jon bundle isn't DIM compatible and that loaded OK)

Looking in DIM, it doesn't show as installed or available, although the textures do and they installed OK.

I don't usually check new purchases this quickly, so I wonder how many more products might have had this problem without me noticing.

    It is showing Install types, so the system thinks something is there, but you are the second person (at least) to report this issue so we will flag it up - unfortunately it's probably late enough at Daz that it is unlikely to be fixed before Monday.

    im having the same issue with this outfit i have no ability to download the product and it doesn't show up in DIM for me either. But, the other 7 things I bought show up and can download just fine.

    As I said, we did report the issue but it seems fairly unlikely that it will be fixed before Monday.

    I reported this problem Friday 5:25AM EST......

    You would think that would be enough time to fix it
