Can Carrara (any version) be installed to a portable USB stick to hop PC on the fly ?

A few other softwares [be installed to a portable USB stick to hop PC on the fly] have this ability, eg Lightwave and the portable version of Blender. I realise there may be an OS compatibility issue per machine, but can Carrara essentially be portable in this way ?

it probably could ( I haven't tried ) but I have copied the Carrara folder from one PC to a new PC and run it without installing it.
will need the serial though I would think on the PC you are trying it on.
