    Follow the link in my previous message then if you have a Premier sub active, search for any of the previous bonus shapes or for the Premier exclusives tools. If you don't, here the result in my Product Library:

    Ah, I get it now. I didn't realize that stuff actually showed up in your owned stuff page, but once I searched Aiko 9 for example...  Though it doesn't have a means to download it, it does show up. But you'r eright, this new one does not.

    It sems likely, though you could double-check if you can compare the discount with anything else that was a DO (or not, to see if it had the PA rate). I'd certainly open a ticket unless you are sure after doing that that the price was right.

    yeah my Advent Calendar freebie is not free in cart but its a character addon for a character I don't have so not too fussed, just tossed it out

    Question:  The calendar shouldn't last till the 31st of December? Was there a change?

    (In early December I made a note to myself on what days I should buy things to keep the calendar running till the end and now something doesn't add up.)

    I have made a purchase, Order Date: 2024-12-25

    There was a promotion.

    This included a new product which was included in the cart, It was being offered the  "Nikolai 9 HD Santa Bundle" but I got this already before.

    With nobody to answer here, I opened a support ticket, up to this moment I do no know if there is a solution I can get a choice of a different bundle.

    Can you please assist me?.

    I just tried it. When I clicked on it, the drop down cart showed it at 50% off, but when I opened my cart in a new tab, it came up as free. I had this with a couple others too. I alo checked it with the $2.99 item and same thing.

    Lightning Deals pricing is not working correctly. When I put Gracen for Genesis 8 Female (Lightning Deal $3.11) and Callen HD for Genesis 8 Male (Lightning Deal $3.11) in my cart, their price even at checkout is $5.99. Because going through the hassle of submitting a ticket and getting store credit for the overpayment is not worth the effort, I have removed them from my cart but wanted to notify Daz about the problem. The other two Lightning Deals - Butcher Block and Kimo 7 do show the Lightning Deal price when I put them in my cart to test them, but I don't want these items.

    I've also noticed that, there's this note on the first promo that says, Requires 'Backwater for SG' (see pic).  Some mix-up of release order I guess?

    Edit: Can't add the picture right now, but it's in the left corner of the first promo.

    Sorry  if I missed it - but did this ever get resolved? Where is the actual 'Backwater for SG'? I'll probably wait for that to show up before I buy any further addition. But if there's not to be anything more in that fall-themed line for the SG, than I'll buy rightaway as long as the punches work. So that's why I'd like to know. Cheers!

    I did attach a screenshot that showed the cart prices and the Lightning Deal prices, but I did not want to go through the hassle of writing a ticket; I was only mildly interested in those products. I made the post because I thought Daz should be aware of the problem.
