[4.9] Disabling the annoying Postgre SQL not found popup?

I don't have postgre installed, never had a need for it and still don't. I don't use smart content, never have and never will. I install content via DIM or by hand if downloaded elsewhere.

 Is there a way to just disable this annoying popup?

    Yes please, I still use Valentina which does not do a thing in this build but needed for the older version of Carrara I still use loading duf

    I never use smart content so not missed.

    I do just close the popup

    If the CMS is running then that's probably why you keep on getting it.

    I've never used the CMS, Valentina or Postgre. It's not installed, therefore there's no way it can be running. :P It's whining at me because it's not installed, but I don't want it. I have no need for it.
