Changing the colour of the skin

Hi, how could I easily change the colour of the skin of my characters please? I am struggling with the shaders, sub-shaders, UV maps etc....any guidance please?

I’m a hobbyist/dabbler who plays with this stuff for fun.  This topic has been asked in several forums and, hopefully, someone who has much more experience and expertise on this topic will respond to you post.  I believe that much about changing skin tone can be done inside of Daz Studio using the Surfaces tab.  For my needs, I bought the following three products in the DAZ3D store in 2022/2023:

I bought all of them on sale but none of them are currently on sale in the store.
