What of Vue's old forum? How about opening up one in software subforums?

I'd imagine that the old forum no longer exists, as I can't find it...
And if it doesn't, why not open one up here?

since DAZ does have Vue content in their store that might start getting sales now everyone can get Vue free, I think this is a good idea
even though I am yet to install it
Thanks, yeah, just finished installing, and now working on customising the UI, but I'm hoping that we can change the cursed micro-script fonts to something else instead of the 1/12th point that the entirety of geekdom desires so much! :^P
But yeah, I'm estatic, would be even more so if DAZ themselves took over development of these progs!
No. Daz takeover is not desirable. See: Carrara, Hexagon, et al. Daz owns them, they're still not meaningfully developed in a long time, no sign that will change. Adding Vue to the pile will not make anything better.
I can't argue with that, yeah I guess the free Vue high is starting to wear off a bit, thanks for bringing me back down to earth!
I've long wanted to grab some of Howie and Martin's VUE stuff here in the store. Now my reasons are justified.
Minor correction. There is VUE stuff from Martin and one or two other vendors but I don't think there is any VUE stuff from Howie. All his products appear to be either Carrara or DS
More pertinently, Bryce is an analogue of Vue that Daz does own, and I have no idea when that was last updated but it wasn't recently.
In any event, Bentley has said dit is still using parts of the Vue code in other applications so I would doubt any transfer of the applications would be possible, or at least practical.
